All Sales Are Final

Our Sukkah is an outdoor product intended for seasonal use. It is not intended for use during inclement weather and all necessary precautions must take place to protect against your product getting damaged or destroyed. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for improper storage and maintenance of our products. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email regarding proper storage and maintenance of your Sukkah and Schach. We are open year round to assist our valued customers.

Refunds And Exchange

Under certain specific circumstances, returns may be accepted by an authorized representative. Contact us via phone or email to resolve any issues with your order. In order for a return to be processed, the item must be in its original packaging and a return request must be submitted no later than 7 days after receipt of delivery. Please have clear and documented proof of issue. No returns will be accepted after the holiday season. Please contact us before the holiday to resolve any issues.

Production | Order Processing Time

Most items are ready to ship within 1-4 business days. Please read each item description carefully and contact us via phone or email with any questions before ordering. If you need something shipped faster, please see the “expedited shipping” section below. Delivery typically occurs 2-6 business days from the ship date, and international shipping is estimated to take up to a few weeks. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your order and you will receive an additional email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you choose local delivery as your shipping option, please expect a call to schedule your delivery date and time slot.

Local Delivery

Items are shipped via our trucks - we are the delivery provider. After completion of your order, please expect a call from our delivery office to schedule your order delivery date and time slot. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email with any questions.

Pickup

Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS and FedEx. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. We have no control over shipment once a package departs our location. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to any extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Expedited Shipping

If you need your order before a certain date, please contact us via phone or email PRIOR to submitting your order so we can determine whether we are able to meet your deadline. If we are unable to meet your deadline with standard shipping, expedited shipping is available. If you choose an expedited shipping rate, we are not responsible if the shipping company does not honor the expected timeline, although delays with USPS and FedEx expedited methods are rare.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please contact us via phone or email for a quote. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s policy regarding receiving shipments before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees, as well as any additional fees incurred. We are not responsible for any delay of shipment due to customs or any carrier delays.
